we had a great experience at Elaf Bakkah. the hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. the room was spacious and clean with good wifi. the shuttle bus to Haram was convenient and quick, and the location near the tunnel made access easy. the receptionist kindly upgraded our room when we had an issue with hot water. it was a nice stay with great value for the money.

Brand-new hotel with a good service. Outstanding food in the restaurant for breakfast with less amount. Climate control, flat-screen television and a safe box available in the twin room. Lively staff throughout. Location close enough to the mosque and Masjid Al Haram. Also, by own transport.

The venue was clean and great-sized. Booked the hotel for its particularly good location close enough to Extra store near Hospital noor or Jarir Bookstore at Souk Al Hijaz and restaurant. Middle Eastern cuisine was served in the lobby restaurant.

The breakfast spread offered a wide selection of delicious items, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Cold welcome. No room service, if not multiple phone calls (5 calls). Water cut off during a shower, we had to go to the reception because no answer on the phone.

Our stay was made pleasant by the efficient service and the well-equipped, brand-new room with amenities like air conditioning, an electric kettle, and storage options.

Room that meets our expectations regarding floor space... Good bedding. Good breakfast. Good location, not too far from the Haram by bus... Small shops and fast food restaurants right next to the hotel... Shuttles to go to the Haram quite numerous, not too much waiting... Really reasonable price, especially during the school holidays . Discreet staff.

Room not very clean when we arrived, we had to move the beds and we noticed that the vacuum cleaner hadn't been used for a long time; date pits that were lying around, other dirt as well, several pins found under the desk... The bathroom smelled damp, it wasn't clean at all, the shower joints were full of mould ... No place to dry a few cloths, we asked several times for an iron, we are still waiting for it ... Very noisy neighbours, lack of manners, borderline behaviour, we did not expect this at all at this place, the first holy place of Islam . It's a shame.

The room has climate control so you can adjust the temperature to your liking. There's also an electric kettle for making hot drinks and a dressing table. the bed is comfy for a good night's sleep. 🛏️ This place is in a great location, near a bus stop, a tower, and a mosque. It's situated in a peaceful area, perfect for a relaxing stay.

The hotel was wonderful and famous in every respect. the staff was amicable and accommodating. the property is conveniently located near public areas, the bus station, and Masjid Al-Haram. It is also very close to the tunnel on the right side.
